Last Saturday, we went walking at Griffith park with my husband L and our babycake. Babycake was running and yelling and laughing. She was like our trainer because she would command us to run after her. haha! When she got tired, she asked her Daddy to pick her up. Then we took her to her second pony ride. She kept stroking the pony and kept waving at us with a big smile on her face.
I don't know what it is, but this parenting thing is so rewarding in so many levels even if it's just seeing your child smiling at you. There's this sense of accomplishment because you made her smile and you made her feel loved and taken care of.
I plan on doing this the rest of my life.
